when im directing subordinates i dont use any of the phrases on that stupid suggestions list, and i dont know any supervisors that do. its a simple matter of saying what needs to be done...or what the subordinate needs to do...or what path needs to be taken. the prefixes arent necessary and grandiose phraseology isnt necessary. -
