must be regional. i have first-hand knowledge of several people purchasing steel plates and IV ceramic plates (also III 'plastic' plates) made by the 'reputable' manufacturers as well as professional plate carriers (not the airsoft or chinee garbage)
a few people mail-ordered from civilian sources (not the LE/military only fags) soft/concealable body armor....one of them on sale. -

ive seen so many of them laying around and blowing around i guarantee theyre going to be more responsible as a disease vector than actual person-to-person contact. i saw a pair of them blowing around the parking section lot where i work and there are only two people that park back there...and neither of us wear a niqab at work.
