must be regional. i have first-hand knowledge of several people purchasing steel plates and IV ceramic plates (also III 'plastic' plates) made by the 'reputable' manufacturers as well as professional plate carriers (not the airsoft or chinee garbage)
a few people mail-ordered from civilian sources (not the LE/military only fags) soft/concealable body armor....one of them on sale. -

im vaguely familiar with those flights and ive never heard of them doing that...even back when they used to fly over the soviet union. for one thing they dont announce their presence on those 'apps' the way civilian aircraft do. for another i believe spoofing another aircraft callsign is against several treaties.
