the Officer died because they were there. forced their way in. Now that it wasn't linked to just one person striking him, And he died as the result off all of them being their which could have triggered a fight or flight into cardiact arrest, Then Technically every single person who was arrested and proven to have been in that section the officer was in, could be charged with manslaughter of an officer. regardless of what killed him. Most likely he would not of been dead. and others died as a result. If you rob a bank, and one of the robbers is killed, there is a possibility that all the bank robbers still living can be charged with murder. Usually third degree.
Murder by association. Not the cop but because their actions had caused an officer to kill them. I don't know about DC since it's not a State, but many states have this law.
I think California used to have it but I don't think it has this anymore. And most certainly a state like Texas would. but DC probably has some special circumstances laws that is going to put every one of those that showed up in Prison for probably a minimum of 10 years or more.
No one is going to come out of prison from this and say "Well, it was well worth it". no grounds were to advance in their policies. if anything they made the laws stricter and this means even if manipulation occurred that it will make it even easier now. Just a bunch of dumb asses thinking they were starting a fucking revolution. and the biggest derp move was bringing a Confederate flag to the game. like really? that makes zero fucking sense. how is the Confederate flag which was Anti-American going to bring attention to the cause of Americans losing their power. -

shit. what a fucked up way if you died anyways. not knowing for sure. and it is real. My mom has it in a memory care physicality. but she forgets at times. I wont laugh at that just yet. I want her completely out of it. her Ox dropped to 59 percent and she passed out and then while sleeping her Ox came back up to 96-97% which is really good for someone in their late 80s.
A bit of advice. Get an Oximeter and check yourselves. they say some people who have desaturated Ox levels are too spaced out to notice something is wrong. We have 2 in this house. -

I mean, sure. one out of this pack or that pack might be solid. but many of mine, not even exposed to sun have just failed. I kept some in a box but most have just changed color like the resin coating wore off. Even safely in their cases. and also it reminds me of opening a canister of old reel (film) where it has a vinegar smell. Not sure why. I think companies like Maxwell who made CDs or DVD R actually use a better quality of the protective outer resin and maybe a denser type of plastic. -

halfway between Stockton and San Francisco. and I was unloading the last of furniture on my own when I heard a car slamming on it's brakes and then the sound of a truck brakes (which sounds like Swisshhh and rub rub rub rub rub rub rub) as the trailer is jumping up and down and it slightly jackknifed and the entire trailer rolled on its side and fell on a car. I heard a female scream and I was maybe 100 or 200 yards away but i was in a circle with a highway sound wall enclosing the neighborhood.
I heard about 20 sirens over the course of maybe 10 minutes all ending up on that part of the freeway. sure enough 2 people died being crushed under the truck. I drove the truck back to my other house but kept clear of going that way since before I left in the truck I rented I went up to the second floor of the house and looked and saw the entire highway was being redirected. I saw the photo of the crash the next morning in the free paper that was delivered.
I also witnessed during and the aftermath of the 1989 Loma Prieta quake we had in the bay area. I saw smoke billowing from the other side of the bay which was the Oakland Cypress freeway. the next morning My wife and I rode over (We were on my motorcycle) and saw the Chevron Truck parked in the one part of the double-decker freeway that didn't collapse.
I have never seen anyone die in front of me. But I heard and seen areas where people were dead not far off. Including a guy getting shot to death by the police outside our store.
But my friends parents ran a mortuary and I have gone on runs to pick up the dead to be prepped by the Mortician. it's really fucked up. those people who did this shit for a living have a fucked up sense of humor.
