sitting here feeling sorry for myself because A: I can say fuck life and eat and do vices like drink alcohol, smoke pot and or smoke cigars somewhere in my car (like the parking lot outside, I dont want to DUI) or try to live healthy and pretend I enjoy it.
Now I have to stop eating cheese because my cholesterol was through the roof. I cut back on red meat and have been eating fish recently or chicken and my cholesterol was worse. I figured it out. I was eating a lot more cheese.
I started eating cheese because 1 its delish as fuck and two calcium pills I was told to take upset my stomach, tums tablets broke one of my teeth so I said fuck it, eat cheese. I hate shellfish so thats not an option. -
