you might want to read up on how to use that again. the entry wound doesnt cause pressure to build. the diaphragm trying to do its job with a perforated lung and non-perforated chest cavity does -

i have a full trauma ifak that i carry everywhere...along with a backup that will treat anything for long enough for an amberlamps to arrive.
at home i have a med-kit that lets me treat almost anything i would come up against medically...including some minor surgeries.
and the most important part: i know how to use the shit.
i laugh every time i see a video online of someone trying to do some medical shit that is all wrong...and most likely more harmful than helpful. like the cop that had a light bullet wound in his lower leg that had barely any bleeding at all and he kept crying that he needed a tourniquet. -

any whats aviation gas ? arent they just high grade kerosene ? or they fuel for turboprop planes ?
i can tell the difference between gasoline (thinner, flows faster...faster than water) and diesel (much thicker, flows almost like thin oil) just by looking at it.
other than that, when someone inserts the nozzle into the tank there isnt supposed to be a smell. the floppy disks on the hilt of the nozzle is supposed to seal in the vapors.
its the type of gas used in reciprocating aircraft engines that lets the engine keep running at high (ish) altitude where there is less oxygen. the shit i use in everything i fly is blue. i dont know if it is a design feature or flaw, but if theres a leak the blue dye in the gas leaves a stain on anything it touches...announcing the leak. its the same as car gasoline but has additives that make it illegal to use in cars but critical to allow an aircraft to fly.
jets use different fuel. i dont fly jets so i have no idea the details of that stuff. thats the stuff based on kerosene...like military JP4...JP5...etc. to me it has a distinctive smell...almost like lighter fluid for charcoal barbecues. and its a buttfuckton more expensive than the $5/gallon avgas. -
