Like what will things be like from here on out? This is a bioweapon that is impossible to cure since it keeps mutating and will never go away. They'll have to quarentine everyone until all the infected people die, but even then it'll probably still infect others if they come into contact with an infected area. Then you have to consider insects and birds that could be infected.
This is literally an extinction level event.
Regardless of whether all of humanity dies or not society will never be the same.
Conventions, concerts, theme parks, vegas etc any large gatherings will probably never come back.
