Good morning everyone. How are you doing today? I am good. Thanks for asking. Got any plans or goals for today? My plan is to go to work and my goal is to be there by 6:00. While I am at work today the apartment maintenance people are suppose to stop by and fix the lock on my door because Chell can barely get it to work and I don't have much better luck with it either. Also they are suppose to pop a cap off of something so I can get my washer the rest of the way hooked up. We met a couple of the maintenance people yesterday and they seemed really nice. I can not believe how quickly this year has gone by already. I mean ffs it is already mid October. Yesterday I was trying to flip to one of my favorite radio stations and instead of the music I was expecting to hear it had all turned to Christmas music already which it is just too damn early for. That is all for now you guys. If I am going to achieve my goal and get to work on time then I gotta go get ready. I hope you all have a wonderful day. TTYL

Chell called me while I was at work and said the old landlord wanted to meet and get the keys today but she also said the old landlord was talking shit. I left work early and met Chell at the apartment to do some final finishing touches (like breaking the supply line to the toilet and busting a smoke detector:/ but none of that mattered because 2 cops came and the health department had finally answered our calls and had been harassing the landlord and when she pulled up in what looked like a cracked out mystery machine van and she got out looking all pathetic as usual she took one quick look inside and saw the big ass human waste pile in the basement she stuck that deposit right in my hand and I gave her a keys and went on to a better place. As much as I wanted to take her ass to court just to put it on a record that she is a piece of shit human being I am glad I don't have to because I dont have the time or anymore space in my hate filled soul to deal with that crap. I am much happier being happy and not going around cussing out people and rambling on about how much I hate this or that.

I know right, i settled in a ghettoish part of town in an effort to not just live paycheck to fucking paycheck and i'm neighbored by a block with apparently frozen rents for decades that will never increase, its capped at like $400 a month. what do the nigglets do? they spend their welfare surplus on booze, cheap weed and hang around fat skanks 24/7.
i was like motherfucker, if i had a cheap flat like that, i would be living a middle class life, i could easily save enough to make a killing in the fuckin stock market.
similarly, i see people making 10 times the money i do and their as fuckin poor as me when they are done all their frivolous spending on useless garbage.
