one of the reasons why infection and death rates coming out of the US are totally unreliable. in some of the more absurd instances people have been marked as dying of COVID because they had the virus when they fell down the stairs, got into a car crash or got shot.
as I understand it it's an insurance thing; insurance pays out significantly more for COVID deaths
I suppose one easy way to verify this would be to look at death rates by month and compare them to previous years. How big is in the increase? -

He's upset because I repeatedly pointed out how stupid he was. Not about stuff he didn't know, just the general idiocy of the way he talks. And the only reason I didn't is because he insisted he should have an opinion about things.
Now every time I make a typo or admit I don't know something he's all over it. I've seriously damaged his sense of self-worth.
Just admit you're not smart Larry. You're not even really dumb, just probably a bit below average. I don't know why why this is so upsetting for you to confront - at a certain age you need to realize what your weaknesses are and stop trying to pretend they're your strengths.
