the article you posted is exactly what you are accusing me of. go read about 'anarchists cookbook' and how it was a CIA COINTELPRO publication. if you had a modicum of brain power...which you dont...youd realize that national policy is to not publish details and specifics...and most butt-fuckingly certainly not photos... of any actual IED. i will confirm with factual accuracy, real life experience, and actual documented verification as a literal weapons expert, that those photos do not depict functional EFPs. if those objects were attached to a high explosive they would be blast fragments...nothing more than really heavy nails in the more common IEDs.
if you werent a retard youd realize that EFP-based devices are actually trivial in effectiveness compared to other types of 'unconventional' weapons. one of which is the king of the hill. no, im not going to tell you. if you figure it out on your own ill tell you. as a hint, the IED-versions are actually 'cheaper' to make than EFPs, much more effective in certain environmental conditions, and so common and easily constructed as to be literally impossible to legislate. the government manufactured versions are so 'effective' that there have been talks of adding them to the hauge/geneva/whatever yammerings to have them banned. another hint is there have been several actual media reports and detailed articles inadvertently describing them...describing ones intentionally created/constructed, and ones accidentally created.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

EDIT: I came up with an idea for something like this on a much smaller scale and it made the feds real paranoid. If it weren't possible, they wouldn't have pissed their pants over the idea. I'm not the best engineer but they know I can come up with some of this stuff and make it work.
