you didnt say what kind of physical status youre in now. or why you'd be taking anabolics. how much more protein? 'double' is a starting point. you have to gradually increase protein intake to train your digestive system to use it or the microbes in your intestines are going to get really well fed while you shit/fart out high nitrogen content and absorb little more protein than you did before.
