The remaining votes are all mail-in votes. These votes have generally trended towards Biden by 78%, so a 3:1 Biden:Trump ratio. If that nationwide pattern holds for PA then the remaining ballots will give Trump approx 150K more votes and Biden 450K votes, leaving Biden with a 150K vote lead to take PA.
