The cans of snails is to make Escargot accompanied with brie cheese on baguette bread. 1st tho you need to figure out the activity you most enjoy doing and start doing it! start slow— like 2 days a week for 4 weeks increasing your activity up to however many days a week you want to workout if more than two.
2nd and possibly most important, try to Surround yourself with likeminded influences and dump those things/people who don’t seem to bring much enjoyment, happiness, or fulfillment into your life.
