It's the classic smart person trap of not knowing they sound really retarded when they try to talk about something outside the field they are an expert in.
The Zizek debate was a great demonstration of this at many subtle levels. He brought out his classic lobster hierarchy BS and Zizek dismantled it in 2 sentences, as well as the basic bad assumption that Marxism means no hierarchies.
The thing is, when real big daddy intellectuals talk out of their specialized field, it's usually because they have really informed themselves about that subject. Jordie really does not give enough of a fuck to do this for almost anything he talks about that isn't psychology.
But even ignoring all of that, he's just immensely overrated as a public intellectual purely because he made a public stand that was perceived as being anti-SJW and the internet epic gamer BEN SHAPIRO OWNS LIBTARD contingent latched on to him as a result. The best indication of this is that books he has written are frankly trash. They're pretty popular but they are trash, kind of like a 50 Shades of Grey. The books by someone like Zizek (I only use him as an example because they shared a stage as if they were equals, when that couldn't be further from the truth, so he's a great demonstration) are of the type that will be studied for generations because they are original and groundbreaking..

But even this limited use case of verifying a given video is what a given author intended to distribute is already by normal cryptographic signing without any need for a distributed ledger, "just" key exchange. That is assembly, the assembler directives (e.g. ".ascii") might be syntax you haven't seen before. As the name suggests, they direct the assembler to do some operation. Sometimes it's a shorthand for something that would be more cumbersome to write out in assembly or sometimes it controls the binary layout.
One thing to note is that "binary ASM file" is a bit of an oxymoron. People aren't always super precise with the language, but "assembly" files are still text files and non-executable, only after they go through the assembler do you get an actual binary that can be executed. This is also why the output of gcc to assembly looks different from what a disassembler spits out. The ASM produced my a compiler can still use directives and symbolic names like "shellcode", because the assembler will resolve these to addresses. Once assembly and linking happens though, the symbolic names and directives are dropped and actual addresses are burned into the binary, the disassembler can't reverse these operations so you typically won't see meaningful labels like "shellcode" in the disassembly, even though they're present in the ASM source. -

You could run an analysis and make day trades based on that. It seems like the price is so news/trend driven though, I'm not sure how well you'd be able to predict price fluctuations based on short term trends.
If you got into actual programmatic trading I'd be worried the fees and time to transact would just kill you though -
