what is true is that the higher dimensions are considered compactified so they are kinda like dimensions that are necessary but infinitely small to exist to make physics possible. but these extrataneous dimensions would still contain information in their inputs and outputs to reveal multiple new layers of complexity beyond the standard model of physics. since quarks will be directly altered merely by percieving them (the spin/momentum uncertainty principle) then every perception causes a direct transmutation of physical and metaphysical particles that have infinite butterfly effects.
so to state myself more clearly: the extra dimensions if string theory if correct are compactified into impossibly small areas of space, and since our perceptions alter the dimensions that we know of as demonstrated by observer effect, and all the dimensions are interlinked as the structure of empty space. it means that our thoughts and actions are causing extradimensional consequences that impact the dimensions we perceive. there are entire realms of information we are unable to access and a god that controls everything would be operating in all dimensions, which we can only observe a depthless view of due to human limitation

There's so much overlap with everything that all of it loses a lot of its meaning. Lots of quality diagnoses aren't used anymore, even though they're accurate. It's easier to lump people into the trendy disorders of the year and shove a broadly effective treatment plan at them rather than a super specific one that nobody knows about yet.
one year everyone has ADHD and gets adderall, then big pharma funds a new big drug advertising scheme, then everyone has bipolar and gets depakote, then autism becomes a meme insult and the rate of autism diagnosis went from like 1 in 10,000 people to 1 in 68, bc everyone needs to something to become medicated as a customer of these drug businesses, so now you can get antipsychotics if you're awkward, then vyvanse needs a new marketing direction because sales are going down, so they invent "binge eating disorder" so fat people can get amphetamine packages again.

ive been taking antidepressants, especially remeron and zoloft, on and off since 14 and the periods where ive been off any meds at all i wanted to kill myself all of the time. i dont know if thats because the drug is actually working or because ive messed up my brain to be dependent on it. the ssris never made me happy, just more lazy and flat, and only blocked my intrusive thoughts from ocd even on the highest dose (250mg)
i convinced my doctor to put me on clomipramine which is a tricyclic and the most effective treatment for ocd, because i got sick of not being able to shower without it taking 2 hours and having panic. and now i do these things without a second thought like a normal person. its also been making me try to make friends and be social. it makes me think TCAs are genuinely WAY more effective than SSRIs but the side effects make them not as popular. every time i lower my zoloft dose and raise my clomi dose i feel completely lobotomized for about 2 weeks and lay in the dark contentedly staring at walls before starting to become me again. TCAs are the real deal for treating mental illness but they will also fuck you up somewhat while getting adjusted to them.

i think it's more like i burned bridges with everyone ive ever known off of this website and replaced any form of social activities with spice/bundy abuse. i see the light at the end of the tunnel and im starting to integrate myself into the human race again, unlike shamby who refuses to do anything except devolve

i ate 15 of my klonopins with 7 beers and got pissed off that i wasnt in a blackout yet so i chugged a bottle of 99% pure isopropyl alcohol and trashed the house looking for random aerosols to huff and this happened
afterwards i slept for 2 days and dreamed about the perfect things to huff and today im somewhat back to "normal" after a 1hr fap session
