    Yeah besides price noopept can be snorted. Imo snorting is the most overtly noticable nootropic/stimulant effect you can have. You should try it and then compare to phenylpiraracetam. I thought noopept was a placebo until I started snorting 50mg at a time and then I was like woah man this is kinda like adderall
