We can't even figure out how to reduce atmospheric CO2 here on earth from 0.04% back down to <0.03% in order to stave off potentially destructive climate change. How the fuck are we going to make a planet with a dead core, thin atmosphere with no free oxygen and average surface temp of -60C habitable to humans?
