Undocumented people can't pay taxes because they aren't in the system, it doesn't work like that.
And even if they could it would be advantageous to neither the worker or the employer because the employer would have to pay for certain workers benefits and/or pay more to the worker, and the worker would no longer have the benefit of being cheap labor meaning that it would have the reverse effect in the end and cause more of the hard workers to be on the government tit
