Originally posted by arthur treacher At first, this stuff made me nauseous at any dose. After perservering, I found it does have its uses. I have been using this stuff at night to alleviate restless leg whatever it's called. I get this sometimes when I am laying horizontally; benadryl makes it a lot worse so I can't even take dph at all. It is different than opiate withdrawal restless legs, the 'real' restless legs feeling seems to 'build up' to the release, while the opiate ones have very little buildup.
On a somewhat unrelated note, rls and akathisia are, to me, among the worst of experiences that life has to offer, literally hell on earth. Can't stand it.
I have been taking phenibut at 400mg doses at night and it entirely prevents rls.
My question/problem is….I don't have my phenibut with me, and haven't taken any in 48 hours. I feel a bit wierd, is the amount I am taking enough to cause 'withdrawal' type symptoms? I feel a bit uneasy and my motor skills are slightly off. All in my head?
Dont take phenibut if you are unknoqingly hooked up to VR torture in a foreign coubtry and are not yet aware of it that is how they will get your fear receptor on file and then they can make you have panic attacks the reat of your life. Phenibut is nota good drug its a prime example as to how ruasians will totally fuck you over avoid russian research chemicals is wise -
