I also had an MRI and 2 PETs. If they had done a PET they could have diagnosed me right away, instead I had to get a diagnosis and then got a PET for staging.
But I don’t think the level of exposure to anything was objectively serious, although I might be wrong. The body bounces back pretty well when you’re young -

That’s pretty much what the surgeon said, but hoping that won’t be true.I’ve been in on these surgeries before, they use live x Ray guidance to place the plates and screws.
I was on the receiving end of two ct guided biopsies when I had cancer, it was quite amusing, but sore. Also I’m apparently at my lifetime limit for X-ray exposure - no idea how that works -
