    Whether by design or some limitation of resources, they're being kept in a chaotic stasis that actively prevents them from recovering.     I've had success with it but not in the weird psychedelic kundalini way. Success is just improving your mindfulness. You gain more control over yourself and your thoughts. The objective is that every time you notice your attention drifting, you bring it back. It's like an exercise for your mind.
