   I slow down and make it obvious that I'm sight seeing. Just out enjoying myself and enjoying the view. Not in a hurry. All the time in the world. Enjoying life. Not high blood pressure or stress. Low resting heartbeat. One of the 2-3% of healthy Americans. Within my BMI range. No STDs. No financial problems. Money and Investments. No debt. Feeling good and enjoying myself.

   Afterwards, traffic was bad, people were walking everywhere, and I made the mistake of staying in a line of traffic while on railroad tracks. As soon as I thought a train wouldn't come I hear "DING DING DING. .." and hear people saying "oh shit a train". I could see the guard rails coming down as backed out while manoeuvring pass the car behind me and I barely made. People actually cheered after. LOL

   Today, I made over $500 cash, over $300 in gift cards, ate some Indian buffet, and now I'm at the Riverfront Park in Portland to watch some firework show.
   
   I'm sitting in one of those fold out chairs that I got for free via abracadabra magic some years ago. First time using it. It's been sitting in my truck.

    I eat three meals a day except for a yogurt and serving of POM juice that I have after my morning run.
    
    I eat a lot of vegetables and a little fruit. Lean sources of protein mainly not from animal meat. Whole grains and oats.

    If I ever had a best friend, I'd wait patiently for one of his family members to die. Then, after the funeral/burial, I'd go dig up his family member and seat the corpse on my friends couch.
