    Now I'm eating diner which consists of organic lentils, organic quinia, broccoli, cauliflower, and organic spices(Spanish Saffron being one). My immune system is so strong I don't even get sick some years and I always have a lot of energy.

    Lunch was nice. Organic tofu, organic green pepper, organic carrots, two kiwis, and some rye crispbread crackers. I always have perfect blood pressure and a low resting heartrate(except when doing cardio, which makes me feel great).
