Yeah I think one thing we all need to do is break the poisonous cycle which we have become accustomed to. It's like when you see a srawny addict that's in a routine consisting of habitual drug/alcohol use. They may show you pics of them how they were hench as fuck, surrounded by hot girls or whatever, it's a nice surprise.
The point I'm getting at it's not that they can't be that person in the pic, the proof is already there. It's just that they are content with what they have somehow grown use to. It takes forcing yourself to do something positive or different even if it seems laborious cause it will only lead to positive results. You can surprise yourself.
We just resign ourselves to a never ending cycle of contentment with procrastinating. This leads to regret, which in turn becomes self loathing. Time to make the change guys. -
