I started eating a lot healthier in my late 20's. Fast food is a hard no. Few months ago due to circumstances out of my control I had to eat at Mcdonalds on my lunch break. I ordered the Fish Sandwitch, LITE Mayo, apple slices in place of fries, and a diet soda.
What do you do when you work out? I don't work out but I know that I should probably stop being such a lazy pos and join a gym. I think because I'm not overweight I'm not motivated. I think if I join a gym, I'll need a personal trainer because I have no idea where to even start. I'm not overweight (118 lbs) but not 18 anymore either, you know what I mean?
Do you keep your bananas separate from other fruit?
Dude I live across the road from a McDonald’s and used to almost live on the stuff but I can’t even remember the last time I had one now
As for workouts I wouldn’t even call it that actually it’s just walking the dog etc and push ups, sit ups and barbell reps stuff you can do at home so I don’t go to a gym either but I used to have a rower -
