Cops always say that crime tends to be extraordinarily stupid and petty. Most murderers are low IQ sorts. On top of that most murder victims are shit people too as well.
That's why things like swap murders are a thing. You kill my wife, I kill yours. We both have alibis, problem solved.
Do you think cops worry about who's flying in and out of a city, or long distance highways data? Spoiler: no they don't even think about it. -
