unsurprising, I very much doubt it's been Ukrainians controlling modern NATO gear like the PATRIOT batteries, radars and anti-artillery complexes I forget the name of.
it came out recently that the Ukrainian SAM crew that shot down a plane full of their own prisoners was pressured to shoot the plane down immediately rather than confirm with command by British 'advisors'.
and I still think it's likely that it was a NATO crew that killed the MOSKVA with Norwegian NSMs.

Honesty: I’m talking about the type of honesty the partner would risk losing you, for the truth. The truth is better than a heart felt lie that shows they never respected you to begin with.
Energy: You guys need to have the same energy. I know, I know. Sometimes you aren’t full of “pep”and she won’t be either. But overall, have the same “vibe.” Be careful, many can mirror yours, when in the end, they will deaden your spirit.
Caring: Not someone that just says it. But someone that has true emotions. Not someone that will manipulate you into believing they care for you, only to pull the rug out when “push comes to shove.” There is nothing more painful than truly needing the person you thought loved you, but they never gave a shit.
Independence: I get it! Lean on one another in bad times, because they will happen. But have a partner that doesn’t need you, but wants you. You two add to each-others life. You should never complete one another, but add to their awesomeness. Being perfectly “ok” alone is ideal! And if they can’t support themselves, well…
Drama: The world is filled with it. Find a partner that doesn’t thrive on it. I get it, we all have/create our own drama at times. But having someone that recognizes something that will serve no purpose is awesome!
Awareness: Almost seems impossible to find. I have talked to many people now. Once you do the same, you will realize you pick up on those that are “some what” aware and are willing to grow. Stay away from those that think everyone else is the problem and they’ve had a “bad” hand dealt their entire life.

There's actually no technical reason why Russia or Ukraine couldn't outsource FPV piloting to wherever.
I mean it's just packets over the internet.
Imagine someone in Tanzania or Tasmania getting up in the morning, sitting down to breakfast, pulling on a headset, and flying a cheap chinese made explosive FPV drone into some poor slav in the mud of east Ukraine, then taking off the headset and going to school or uni or work or whatever.
That's the future. Outsourced drone pilots slaughtering slavs forever. Men in the donbass rolling around in the mud in agony, filled with little pieces of shrapnel, their bones shredded, their life ruined, while the people who did it to them ride the bus to uni, thinking about assignments and girls.

The way you phrased the problem is not the whole story though. It leaves out the bit that if the bystander doesn't intervene the train will run over the larger group of people. so it is a different scenario (logically it is the same but there are more elements to consider than just logic. Otherwise the problem wouldn't exist) then simply being presented with a choice like "either group a or group b dies and you pick which one"
Classic thing at a workplace, if you touch it you own it.
Like better just to pretend not to notice, or to rush out and pretend not to be able to understand the lever.
That's something they don't teach you at college.
But for this exercise, imagine the lever is set to A, you run along and set it to B. No matter what you do, you're going to be in trouble. You touched it and changed it, now whatever outcome happens is your fault.

I forgot, in American military bases no one is allowed to carry guns and the ammo is all locked up. I heard about this previously when there was a mass shooting on a military base, and all the soldiers were running and hiding from the shooter.
But surely being in the military you can steam something?

An Ireland court dismissed a woman’s $820,000 (approximately Rs 7 crore) insurance claim for injuries she allegedly suffered during a car crash after she was photographed winning a Christmas tree-throwing competition.
Kamila Grabska, 36, sued an insurance company, asserting that injuries to her back and neck rendered her incapable of working for over five years. Moreover, Kamila added that she wasn’t able to play with her children either. As a result of the car accident in 2017 that she was involved in, Kamila claimed that she was left with a “disabling” condition.
Her claim, however, was dismissed by a high court judge in Limerick after an image featuring Kamila surfaced in which she was seen throwing a 5ft Christmas tree at a charity event in January 2018.
