   Since April first...I want to live...the Englishman on here gave me a lot of sound advice. I will be forever grateful..archers hateful name calling was also an incentive...another half a pound and I will have lost half my body weight, within a year...u can do it too

    Lost 144 lbs since April first...someone tell me how many stones that is please, and some on divide 2.2 into that for kilos....got the v a to give me 30 percent disability for me hearing loss from working on jet fighters..still fightening for my ptsd and agent orange disability...first u fight the gooks and then spend the next sixty yrs fighting the value...they treat the illegal aliens and the third generation welfare negates and inmates better than their veterans..
