They’re not posting quality content and it’s really affecting the community. I’ve tried everything to get them to post better, but nothing seems to work. I’ve given them guidelines, I’ve talked to them one-on-one, and I’ve even tried making the forum more interactive. But nothing seems to be getting through to them.
It’s like they don’t care about the community at all! They’re more interested in posting spam and irrelevant content than they are in contributing. And when they do post, it’s low-quality and unhelpful. It’s like they’re not even trying.
I know they’re capable of so much more
