OK so, My guess is this Lanny
You're upset because I spoke openly about the MOON PERSON losing property value?
I was in the property owners defense not trying to hurt their value anymore than it has been. 60 minutes did a fucking story on them. Go have your property friends go jack up the producer of that show.
I would go to one of the City Hall meetings along with the property owners to condemn the City or State inspector who allowed the construction company to get away with not anchoring the fucking pylons in the first place.
it's clear that if that building falls, it's going to kill the people most likely in the Sales Force tower. And Sales Force doesn't build their own buildings, so It wasn't against Sales Force that displaced water if it was them. no one knows. they believe it's actually the Chinatown Subway project that displaced water which overflowed into MOON PERSON tower on top of the Inspector telling the company "Hey, you needed to anchor these down, another 100 feet" did the inspector not know how far it went down? they fucking mark these things for measurement and are to be there literally on a day to day inspection.
The Salesforce building is solid. they didn't just hammer down pylons, they dug a fucking hole nearly as deep and wide as a football field in length going downward. those guys knew how to build that thing.. at best, the MOON PERSON would just take out a few out floors and possibly/sadly a few employees.
But I digress. If they dont' knock it down, there should be at best a party action lawsuit to get the city, county of or state to compensate every owner of that building at least 600k each. or whatever the original price they paid. so if they bail, they lost nothing, got free rent and if worst came to worst, rent it out to section 8 or anyone of the millions of people needing a place to live until it's officially condemned.
I know the corruption that goes on in San Francisco real estate.
People have been fucking both the poor and rich for decades. Justin Herman was a well loved man. Had a thing for Japanese people and was open about his condemnation of Inturnment camps. But he hated the shit out of Blacks and Mexicans. and forced the city to "Brown zone" the filmore with blite site and forced blacks to sell their filmore property in the 1950s and 60s to the city, 10 cents on the dollar. many of them took the money and ran, those who were renting, were moved to the projects built near Candle Fields in Hunters Point off third.
The whole filmore from lower out toward the Marina became newly built condos or left the old homes to become quaint storefront victorians near Union street. that Union and Filmore was a ghetto in the 1960s and 70s and by 1980s became upscale yuppie hipster.
When this last 2 dot.com bubbles (the one that burst with the housing bubble in 08 and the one now) came to san francisco first and now West Oakland and the Laurel District in upper East Oakland, the people getting pushed out were promised to get out of their run down victorian houses for brand new houses in Contra Costa and Alameda County (Dublin, San Ramon) where new communities of suburbia were being built. people like myself suddenly had section 8 moving in all around them. anyone who complained was a "Racist" but the real racism wasn't us (because many home owners complaining were black and hispanic and other PoC) but the racist were out of San Francisco. the Landlords of the Techies who could kick their tenants out thanks to the Grant-Law (you can remove a tenant for improvements as long as you offered them the place first to move back in.. but of course, you can increase there rent.. no rent cap on improvements even if the building is prior to 1972 as originally stated- a Loophole)
so my real estate went to shit and all of the PoC neighborhoods suddenly became Predominantly White and maybe New Asians to San Francisco (who hold the majority of tech Jobs)
no one in the suburbs were racist..we just didn't want the trouble families who clearly brought gang problems showing up in states from 0-1 murder average a year in cities like Antioch or Brentwood or Oakley to 15. FBI stated the city of Antioch was murder capital for percentage increase for 5 years straight.
We buying a house in Oakley in the country seemed like a nice idea.. it wasn't. gang activity grew real fast.
The city of San Francisco is making more money than it ever has before, the city employees give each other raises without citizens getting to vote on it. no one cares about the property owners at the MOON PERSON. the MOON PERSON should stop flying banners and storm City Hall and the State Capital and get the best attorneys they can, asking extra for the legal fees and to regain their original purchase value (with some gain if possible). blaming the corruption in the city trying to throw up real estate for profit without proper safety checks in order. you can audit the inspectors work. and point out lies after lies.. people will go to prison if they don't pay out.
Don't blame me, Lanny. Don't you remember what you said
"Do you think anyone actually knows what totse, zoklet or NIS even is"
the DH people do.
