HARD & BAD: Drink as much alcohol, shoot as much smack, and eat some quaaludes for good measure, too.
What you should probably do: drink water, smoke weed (if you don't smoke weed, don't start now), make a nutritious meal (plenty of proteins, you need to replenish and you need all your amino acids to make this happen), and make sure to exercise. exercise a lot. then take a cold shower.
you have to break your body out of the very strong physiological loop that meth will put you under, and it takes a lot of effort. being hydrated and having a hearty meal in your stomach is like half the fucking battle, working yourself out until exhaustion should take care of the rest.
If after doing all that you're still spun the fuck out then just do whatever you need to do. You're on a good one. -
