Honestly you’re bound to be really surprised by how much it can help and even more surprised to find the person you choose to open up with probably has been wishing they could open up to someone…it’s always surprising how much we think were alone with the baggage we carry around when truth be told a lot of people suffer in silence because they feel the same. -
