a few months ago, a reporter was invited to visit China and see first hand their capabilities at locating someone. the deal was simple. for 30 minutes, the grid would be turned off while the reporter was able to merge into a major metropolis and hide their whereabouts. when 30 minutes elapsed and the grid returned back on power, within SEVEN MINUTES the reporter was located, and within TWO MINUTES the reporter was physically found.
NINE MINUTES TOTAL to locate and have someone in custody in a major metropolis, where it should have been easy to disappear!!
and the United States capabilities put China's to shame!!
they know where you are at ALL TIMES if you need to be located!! -

On one hand I visit a lot of public hotspots, so is it just that whoever I happened to connect to is overseen by them or what?
even though Trump and Putin deny it, the Russians have been hacking our interfaces and network systems. the fact they hacked and infiltrated face/book is enough to always be cautious. I have had to reset my password on both AOL and Gmail accounts. of course, I do work with government contracts, but the fact I could not login and had to reset my passwords alerted me. and my contacts are always reminding of the Russian hackers.
