    I just had a sore arm with the first shot, with the second the nurse told me to massage the injection site 4 or 5 times during the rest of the day and my arm didn't get sore but the next day I was just exhausted

    This may sound crazy but try unplugging the charger, remove the battery then press and hold the power button down for at least 30 seconds then put the battery back in and reconnect the charger and see if it will boot.

    A power bank just need to be plugged in to charge then it's portable until you need to charge it again.
