    I cannot assume the mantle of a young white male (or any type of male, as far as that goes) but I can speak from life and experience.
    
    Depending on your age, but if you believe you saw your first hero in the persona of Donald Trump, then you are not now, nor have you ever, experienced the true effects of dark times in your young life.
    
    Analyze yourself. There is no one who knows you better.
