OP, even me at over 100 knew about this chit when I was young, like, 75, or some such.
Do try to catch up, sonny. -

physical addiction is a pretty well understood condition, it has physical symptoms and frequently requires treatment. How is it not a disease? Like I think you guys are trying to say it's not because you want to blame people with addiction for said addiction, and fine, you do you, but denying its status as a disease doesn't really do much for you there. There's nothing about calling something a disease that makes the afflicted not at fault for having it, e.g. HIV is uncontroversially a disease and a person can clearly engage in behaviors that put them at fault for contracting it.

HIV, Lanny, is a disease, however, one need NOT engage in a behavior which causes one to contract the disease.
One may be born with the HIV.
Were you meaning to implicate the AIDS virus as the disease which could be contracted due to one's behavior?

Nothing super fancy, there are some guidelines like "instructions should be visible on the same page as the thing they describe" and just normal state visibility considerations you should really be thinking about before that stage, but sometimes it takes thinking like a retard to consider these things.
Oh! Didn't you make them aware of your affliction and request a waiver? lol -

Originally posted by Lanny May want to buy property at some point so I want to be able to draw on it without penalty.
It did just occur to me the other day that interest on a home loan is less than average return on reasonable index funds which kinda surprised me. I guess means it makes sense to make the minimal down payment on a property and keep any funds available invested instead of putting them towards that debt? IDK, that wasn't the way I was thinking when I set stuff up, I kinda assumed you always want to pay down debts before making investments, and still kinda feel that way just on a gut level.
Also it's nice to fantasize about retiring at 30 and just living as cheaply as possible in montana or something.
Would that be cheap, run down trailer parks, Lanny, so you can become a slum lord? lol -

Getting money from the US governmentSend your extended family members with minor children from El Salvadore through Mexico to Texas to claim sanctuary from murderers, domestic abuse, gang rape and let ICE lock the babies into cages and ship them to other states just like any other child traffickers and then sue the hell out of the government.
