Time zones were developed due to differences in location along an east to west parameter...Not due to differences in the north-south parameter. Two locations that have the same longitude...but vastly different latitudes... will still be in the same time zone. The example you provided clearly displays you do not understand the concept of time zones. Also, Antarctica is a massive continent that has several different time zones contained therein. Dummy. -
