2020-03-05 at 2:23 AM UTC in My experience on the ketogenic dietSo i started this about 4 days ago I've been in a huge weight loss mode lately and can't just straight up starve myself as i have hypoglycemia so this was the closet i could get.
I don't own a scale so i don't know exactly how much weight i lost but my stomach feels a lot tighter, the only downside is what it does to your mind. In general i felt a loss less motivated to work out while on keto and did a lot of laying around, work is almost impossible on keto, then these last 2 days i've had a lot of dark thoughts like i went full atomwaffen mode for a few hours, i sent one of my normie friends a rant about why we need right wing death squads rounding up thots. niggers and kikes. I was genuinely in a headspace where i wanted to fuck shit up like i was considering signing up on https://www.7cups.com/ as a therapist and seeing if i could trick any trannies into killing themselves.
I also thought about searching shodan for all Israeli SCADA and ICS controllers. and scanning them to see if they're vulnerable and just see how much damage i could do.
I then realized i could probably be tracked so i thought why not leave some nails in the parking lot of the local synagogues, but realized that was some bart simpson shit.
THEN i realized 80% of arsons go unsolved, HOWEVER all jedis own insurance and they're the ones who own the insurance companies, so AS ALWAYS it will be the goyim footing the bill.
My last thought was going to the hardware store. Buying machetes in bulk, Going to a jedi neighborhood and leaving them next to the sleeping homeless goyim to see what happens however before i could go to the hardware store i decided to have some carbs and jerk off. And now no longer have any violent thoughts.
All in all i think the weight loss is good on the ketogenic diet however I'm not sure how long i can stay out of prison on it so i think i'll be trying the Mediterranean diet.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -
