I got 20-25 pounds to drop before I get back to serious bike riding.
I'm down to 226 from 245, 5 months ago.
About a pound a week.
But it's easier to jog on the he treadmill so I might loose the next 20 in 4 months for july-aug and I'm hoping 195-190 by September in which is NYC best month to visit minus 2001
I need a break from the Bay and Cali. Hitting Vegas on the way back. Also our buildings gym open up after 2 years..

The wet weather has lifted a bit, should be 70s or 80s this weekend. San Francisco is one of the hardest cities to guess weather condition, however north Oakland hills and Berkeley are usually Sun Break regions. Why it's always nice around Cal.
Stanford Palo Alto is the same. Sun Break while closer to the water is shit cold
