I don't like Salmon much. really it makes me fill a bit sick. but I'm trying to eat it different ways. it's the healthiest of all fishes. its protein packed like Red Meat (Beef stake) and if you throw some spicy tartar sauce on it, it doesn't taste like Salmon.
I only had fresh Tuna once and it was one of the best things I ever ate. fresh caught, brought into a restaurant I worked at and they made us bus-boys (my first job at age 14) some.
But to be fair, I don't like shell fish as you don't like regular fish. and I don't think it's just Muslims and jedis that the law of Not to eat Pork or Shellfish was directed at. I think for a reason. Pork is really a nasty meat. and shell fish are basically matures ocean filtration system.
I never will eat them again unless I'm starving. even then I'd find something else to eat first.
