A Romanian TV show host said Serena Williams looks like a "monkey" whilst live on air.
"Serena Williams looks exactly like one of those monkeys at the zoo with the red asses," said Radu Bancui whilst presenting the late evening show on B1 TV. "If monkeys wore trousers, they'd look exactly like Serena Williams does on the court."
Williams has been a victim of racial abuse on numerous occassions, including when she was the subject of a cartoon which depicted her as an angry baby with an oversized nose and lips. -

Clarification on what is owed to the homeowner taking built up home equity and market appreciation into account:
Excess Money
Once the property is sold at auction, you have the right to any remaining funds after the lender recovers the money owed. The lender cannot keep the entire balance simply because you defaulted on the loan. The lender keeps all monies related to the balance owed and foreclosure fees. Any overage is paid directly to you -- if there are no other liens on the property. If you have other liens on the property such as a home equity line of credit, the money goes to pay the balance due on that loan. -

Evictions happen when you rent and don't pay the rent. Foreclosures happen when you don't pay your mortgage.
Properties may not appreciate due to regional economic downturn but still in the end you wind up with money in your pocket. When you rent your money goes to the landlord period. -

2. It depends on how long you had the house. Due to appreciation of the property the house might be worth a lot more now then what is left of the mortgage hence a profit. -

CARTERET COUNTY, NC (WITN) - Deputies say a woman tied her husband up and cut his penis off.
Carteret County deputies charged Victoria Frabutt, of Newport, with malicious castration.
Deputies were called to the couple's home on Murdoch Road around 4 a.m. Tuesday. He said the motive for the castration is still unclear.
Deputies were able to recover the 61-year-old man's body part and it was immediately put on ice.
James Frabutt was taken to Vidant Medical Center where his condition is unknown.
The woman was also charged with kidnapping and her bond is set at $100,000. Frabutt will appear in court Wednesday. -

But if you credit is poor and you have no savings for a downpayment apartment living is the only choice unless your mom lets you live in her basement.
