it is for the rats,, and its already started tonight, just blew the neck out of a half grown rat,, they love sunflower seeds,, I ran a line of bird feed and sunflower seeds from the high grass towards the quail cage so they wouldnt have to go 8 feet from cover to eat and die. they seem more relaxed,, that last one is really relaxed right now

RAT FILES: last night I set the alarm for 1157 and 255 am got up at 1157 and shot 2 giant rats out under the quail cage, then got back up at 255 and shot one more. I changed my ammo from low powered quiet 22 shells to cci hollow point hi powered shells and now instead of running off to die they blow apart when hit and they do not even twitch when blasted. 2 females and the third was unidentifiable as its whole belly was gone, no tits no balls no guts left except a kidney

just ordered 100 12 egg containers for the quail eggs, I have a customer who wants several dozen a week and I'm figuring out how many hens I actually have I'm sure4 there is 15 jumbo's and 7 mixed color hens plus the hens in the batch of 50,, gotta be about 25 hens in that cage so I have close to 50 hens,, right now we get 20 eggs a day
so if I get 50 eggs a day , thats 350 a week @$2.50 a dozen thats $73.00 a week and they cost $20 a week to feed
