   Contractual Dispute? There is no contract between a homeowner and some random person who decided to squat in the homeowners home/land. I'm not sure what your saying is the squatters rights, they have no rights or claim to the property just because they planted their ass there.

   I have a lot a things passed down by my Mom of sentimental value, they'll go to my kids when I die and so on down the line. I couldn't imagine ever getting rid of them which sounds like what your fishing knife and things mean to you Oracle. They're sentimental to you because of your Dad and your friend.

    LOL, actually Jigg they even PAID a woman to lie to the women they were trying to convince to be in the porn and tell them she had done it and attest that it didn't go on the internet and didn't appear in the U.S. and she never filmed with them. It was a scam and the women were tricked

    They were told the clips would never be posted on the internet, just released on DVD and sold outside the U.S. All of them said if they had known it would be posted on the internet and their name attached they would not have done it. So in turn yes they were lied to and tricked into it.
