The judge highlighted, that the guy simply isn't able to assimilate to Polish cultural norms (as, for example, he doesn't know Polish), and that his Roma community, as well as his country of origin, simply accepts such cases.
This is dangerous, as it is basically asserting that cultural norms are more important than what the law is.
I don't feel like a judge has the right to just ignore the law because he's feeling edgy and nietzchean.
Laws are there to enforce the will of the majority, for good or ill.

Never asked him much about his time in the war.
I knew photos had to exist but I never saw any of them until just the other day when I found a stack of them in a box shoved way up under the stairs at my dead aunts house.
I have uploaded them all for your viewing pleasure.
Never did I think I was going to find myself holding an original photograph of Hitler but here I am holding an origional photograph of Hitler.
As for what my grandpa did in WWII all I can say is he was in all theaters and worked as a map maker.
