    If this is how u are, then u gotta just go completely without for like a year, get your mind back on straight n shit. I’ve been thru the same shit and I don’t even do it anymore cuz it’s too much work, mentally, physically, feels great for a bit and torture any other time, idk took me like 7 yrs to realize that gerbil wheel isn’t worth it
    
    Sure like, I’d eat some Crouton less than once a week now or something, but nothing typically harder than that or more frequently. I gave Crouton up too like almost 2 years ago now tho and I’m glad.

    Eczema sux. I can barely spray cleaners in a bathroom with the fan full blast and door wide open.. pro tip... get the gel/liquid application shit and a brush and a heavy duty set of gloves. That stuff doesn’t stink as much and won’t evaporate everywhere like bleach or spray stuff.
    
    And I always smell test any cleaners before I buy them. I’ve got a super sensitive sense of smell, being exposed to a bunch of bleach like that would fuck me up bad, like I’d be puking for a week afterward type of bad lol
