i'm getting pretty sick of it. I have like 4 types of USB-3 USB-C USB-4 USB-2 and half of them work for ones that the other half don't work for and the old phone USB works for the switch controller on my PC but doesn't charge my phone on PC
and my girlfriends USB just doesn't fit in anything I use. It's fucked there needs to be a universal USB port splitter now with 17 ports just to use one plug on anything these days
