Hey men the less you pay the better. Maybe it's just me but I don't mind living in a bad area. You just gotta be smart and make sure your home is secure and that you fend off the scumbags that end up knocking on the door. Don't ever make friends with anyone in a dope neighborhood. There are no good people in places like that because they stay inside and don't associate with the riff raff.
I live in a sketchy neighborhood myself and I could probably get up to all kinds of trouble but if you just keep your head down it could be cool.
