That's not even my argument. Rather my argument is that if it makes sense to consider a person to have a type of mental disorder if they have an irregular gender identity (Sophie claims that transgenderism is a mental illness), than it should also make sense to consider a person to have a type mental disorder if they have an irregular sexual preference (like pedophilia,which Sophie believes should not be treated like a mental disorder), should it not? Both our gender identity and our sexual preferences should, I imagine, have something to do with specific structures in our brains. Therefore irregularities in our gender identities or sexual preferences (as well as numerous other things like personality traits and disorders) should correspond to irregularities in the brain structures. -

I do avoid them, because i would rather float away in a haze of opiate comfort than see some mental fireworks. The point to be taken away from my post was; if you think you are prone to bad trips and long lasting effects thereof it might be a good idea not to take psychedelics. That being said i hardly would consider myself the pinnacle of mental health but psychedelics simply don't seem to affect me over the long run.
Also, there is no drug that makes me lose touch with reality(Although i have never taken deliriants), whatever i take i always know that it's the drug that is making me feel the way i am feeling. One notable exception being the time i binged on MDPV for three months straight and got stimulant psychosis. -1/10 would not recommend. But again, when i ran out and slept for a day or three straight, no noticeable long term mental effects.

Ha! I was only half kidding. I'm disgusted by it, but also curious because I've never really gotten to talk to pedos and if you're not all trolling here, it appears I've stepped into a hive of them. I personally think it's normal/natural to be attracted to sexually mature humans. Once they can start having babies there's all sorts of hormones you're subconsciously smelling, body language you're picking up on, etc. I think society has only conditioned us to feel otherwise, I personally don't find anyone under 21 or so attractive. I'd feel like I'm fucking some of my own nieces and shit who I saw grow up and remember them being born.
Fucking non-sexually mature children is morally reprehensible though. Question: Have any of you ever fucked anyone under the legal age?

It's all semantics anyways, calling a disorder a "behavioral pattern" might make a person feel better about it but it doesn't intrinsically change anything about their condition. If you want to argue that transgender people and rapists have mental illnesses yet somehow pedophiles magically don't, even though all of those irregular behaviors are most likely caused by irregularities in their brains, you're going to have to come up with a better argument than "but I like pedophilia" because the entire rest of the world disagrees with you and it's really stupid and nauseating when you start acting like some sort of pseudo-SJW "check-your-privilege" cunt anytime anyone here mentions anything about pedophilia that hurts your feelings or you happen to disagree with. -
