Here's a little chick hack. They love it when a man has a little flaw or weakness of some kind that they can help you with. I don't mean like being a total pussy, they want you to be a man. But everyone has a weakness and if its something they can help you with it gives them that idea that they're important, like you need them. It could be like if she's good with maths tell her you suck at doing the accounts and you'd really appreciate if she could help you with it. Anything like that that makes them feel like you value them for more than just their pussy. Plus if you use your head you get them to do some chore you hate doing and get them wet while they do it for you.
