I've had many miserable lows like being put in the nut house / jail ect.. and I drink way more than I should but I also try to cope by reading the bible and I also practice astral projection at night which if nothing else puts me in a meditative state which calms me.
I've always felt really different than everyone but I guess its not so bad. I sometimes take a look at myself and how different I am and it can be a little upsetting but I try to push it aside and just be honest with myself that I will always be crazier than a shit house rat even compared to my friends/ family.
but im digressing.
